SETTING APPOINTMENT’S

The Appointment setters Job is to log on to our server and then a work station at the office from their home computer call For Sale Buy Owners (FSBO),Expired listing to inform them of two unique marketing tools. The interactive floor plan and a 30 Day guarantee sale program.

An appointment is defined as:

1. When someone orders a floor plan and we charge their credit card. Your commission will be a minimum of $50 or 25% of the told cost of the floor plan. It is not uncommon to do floor plans that are $600-900 dollars.

 2. When a seller signs a listing agreement with me to sell their property from a lead that you have generated (not when it closes) a $50.00 commission will be paid to you upfront then your back end commission.

3. We provide all leads.

Back end commission is when I list a property from a lead that you have generated for 6%. This is usually split 3% for the listing agent (me) and 3% for the buyer’s agent. Example the average sale price in the DFW Metroplex is around $250,000. $250,000 x 3%=$7,500. Your back end commission would be 10% of my 3% in this scenario would be $750.00 when the listing closes.

In a perfect world we would do the interactive floor plan for the FSBO (for sale by owner) you would get the $50.00 up front commission when we charged their credit card. You would wait a couple of weeks and you would call them back and at that  time they would be ready to list the property with me and you would receive another $50 commission when they sign the listing agreement and then your back end commission when it closes.

This job has unlimited earning potential. The person for this job must have strong phone skills it is a numbers game. The more phones calls you make the more money you make.
